DO NOT RENT HERE. Upon first meeting they are very nice. But I have had my rent go up without notification. I was told that my LEGAL SERVICE DOG was no longer allowed on the premises. I have had ridiculous accusations about me residing there. And just today I was told that if I didn't empty a trash can outside my unit today I will be charged $150 cleaning fee. Zandrea & Demetrius was the best customer service helpers ever. I didn’t have no issues from them at all and everything was so easy and Helpful. I 10/10 recommend them for service .

Demetrius and his team here at Devon great. They made the stay easy. And it’s a drive Thru building. I was able to load and unload inside. More than 5 stars is deserved!!
