I am truly appreciated of Ms.Zandrea she was attentive, professional,kind, patient in giving me all the information I needed for understanding how to get to my storage unit and how use my lock, she also made sure my unit was clean and the lock I had was the right one she is an essence of customer service
I recently had new interaction with Devon. Very different from past. I’ve been a client for many years under all the different owners, but it seems so different now. Demetris and the crew are so helpful and accommodating just like the original owners. It’s cleaner, nicer and client friendly than in the past. Good for them! Good for us! Just hope it lasts
Demetrius Griffen made the rental agreement process quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step. I also appreciated getting a discount on my first month. Great experience!
Zandrea was very patient and through with me. She showed me the difference size units and explained the prices. I am and have always been very pleased with the service I receive at this location. Kudos to the company for hiring such a great staff.
Demetrius is always awesome with his service. And Devon offers come of lowest priced boxes in town. Definitely recommend.
