I was a long time customer of the location before the changeover from the prior company to devon self storage. I think my unit was closed out after I moved out of it never got an email. The price gouging, I paid way more than advertised price, definitely will not recommend or use again. I was paying climate control prices for a basic unit.
Tiesha was awesome!!! Very friendly and outgoing. She advised me on everything and held a conversation with me, showed me how everything works. She really went above and beyond her responsibility, I truly appreciate her!! Thank you Tiesha!!
Tiesha made my experience here a smooth transition. Awesome young lady and very knowledgeable about her work.
Customer service was amazing princess did a wonderful job assisting me and my wife with selecting a storage unit big enough for our stuff.
My experience at this location was beyond good, Ms. Christine was the absolute best. This was my very first time getting a storage unit and she explained everything with ease. She made my experience comfortable and simple. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking. She was very professional and a respectful person.
