Micah Cook was very professional towards my son, when I requested him to check out the storage units for me. My son said Micah escorted him to storage units and explained to him the codes for entry and the selected storage unit for a 10 x 10. Beforehand, Micah called me to explain storage units pricing and offered options for bigger storage unit sizes for my satisfaction. I admired Micah professionalism. Thanks.

There was and accident that was charged to me and I felt that was wrong when the camera showed what really happened I was trap by another client that would not allow me to come through but any ways that client should of been held responsible to and the traffic there is so crowded that some of the people want let you get through it so there is some improvement
