The manager was excellent. He escorted me to the storage and cleaned it out for me. I had another storage on Zebulon Road and the only thing she talked about was the bill. She didn’t tell me where the storage was located and it was dirty on the inside.

I guess I was the unlucky.1 as I had a bad experience with this place. If you rent a unit with these guys. Good luck if you have an issue outside of the office hours because they do not answer their phones or communicate when you call into customer service support. And also double check when you book online did they send you a gate code? Because you will need a gate code and if it's after office hours they don't answer. So good luck. One out of five stars would give less if I could

The two in the office lie to your face and are so lazy they can't even put a out of order sign on the bathroom. My units have been taking in water from a problem with the AC they literally laughed in our face that my 73 year old husband who is a veteran with a defibrillator spent 4 hours trying to suck the water up with a wet vacuum. File a insurance claim they said my husband has a unit full of tools he spent years collecting insurance isn't going to begin to cover the amount I have a unit with antique bedroom set it was no... read more

3 of my 4 units have been getting flooded for over 2 weeks bc of a problem with the AC. I was not even called, Gloria and Amanda called my 27 year old daughter at work who is not even on my account! They were told not to call her regarding my account when she is at work and yet continue to do so. They have told me multiple lies. The units are still leaking bc according to Gloria they can't find anyone who will fix it for what they are willing to pay. At first I really like this storage facility. But it has gone completely downhill. Including no carts to use unclean bathrooms. And the biggest thing of all when the AC unit started leaking causing three of our storage units to be flooded. And was told they could not do anything that we would have to wait until they fix it to solve the problem. Unprofessional and very disappointing. Not to mention because we had a issue on the matter.
