Visited Marietta location 2-3 months ago knowing I would soon need space. I was so impressed w Lana that I just returned to lock the rental down. She is very knowledgeable & helpful.

Derrick is loyal, reliable, hardworking, always at the office or onsite, returns calls right away, friendly, hardworking, responsible, respectful and goes out of his way to make my storage experience with Devon pleasant. I've never met a more customer service oriented site manager, and I have rented several storage units at other places. Deric takes his job seriously and tries to assist the customer as much as he can with unit choices and with the closing transaction. I've observed that he keeps a close eye on the property assuring it's clean and secure. He is personable and polite. Could not have asked for a better site manager. T. Phillips
