Ms. Pat made my unit move-in experience very pleasant. My initial unit was in a section that had no lighting due to a blown light bulb. And Ms. Pat quickly rectified the situation & got me into a unit that had lights installed by the previous renter. She ensured I was pleased with my unit & that I was safe before she left. Great customer service with Ms. Pat and the staff at Devon! I was shown multiple units to find one I liked and when I needed another size she personally called another location to help me find the right unit for me!
