Very clean, protected and secure. I rented this storage unit for 7 months and I always had easy access anytime of the day or evening. I would definitely recommend DEVON if you need storage to keep your merchandise clean, dry and safe. Also I never ever saw any bugs or critters. Just awesome. Thank you Steve
It was really easy renting online. The staff had everything I needed in my unit within 24 hrs. The only thing I had trouble with was finding my unit. Most of the numbers followed sequence but the 900s are in the front instead of the back. Everything else was great!
This company is bad business, just bad business! If you say you’re going to do something as a brand, company, do it!! People shouldn’t have to lose their money because and employee made a mistake. It’s just bad! Don’t use Devon storage in Murfreesboro to on Lascassas. The guy is bad business
I rented a unit here for about a year, I've moved all the stuff out that I want and was in the process of getting my couch to someone who wants it. I called today to ask what do I need to do to move everything out and be in good standings. The guy told me I have to give a 3 day notice and I have to pat the full month. I told him I'm not paying a full month which why would they prorate me when I move in the middle of the month but I want to move out on the 4th and they want me to pay a full month? I was looking for a unit and needed a big one. At the time they were all rented, however, the manager advised me of when it would be available and kept me posted until it was. Great units. I got the biggest size, they are clean, have cameras and I feel safe entering and exiting the facility. The customer service was the winner for me.
