If we went on price alone, I would still give 5 stars. But let me tell you the front desk manager was amazing! I asked her name more then once and have terrible issues with names but I know she was the manager. She was on everything before I could ask. And to top that off, she was kind and helpful when we got there. The transaction was smooth and easy because of her. I would definitely rent here anytime I need another unit. Easy, cheap, clean and nice. They got it all.
Evelyn was very helpful in helping me get the right size storage unit for a fair price. She’s really cool and even went out of her way to show us where our storage unit would be! Great service! Thank you!
I reserved a space online at an excellent price. After I moved in, the manager called and emailed several times to make sure I was happy. When I signed the contract, I asked about price increases. If I pay for the whole year, there would be no increase. The first month was free. Clean location. Manager busy at site, so reaching her in person took several minutes. However, the current manager, Evelyn, is doing her best to correct past mistakes and poor ratings.
Evelyn at Devon Self Storage was amazing. Took a camper there and she made sure that I got a perfect spot and the price was amazing. Recommend to everyone. I also have a storage unit as well that she helped me with a few weeks ago. Thank you Evelyn.
I cannot say enough good things about Christina at the Devon Self Storage at, 2019 West Glendale Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85021.
