I hoping for a positive outcome but I am giving 2 stars because of what felt like a sneaky way to charge someone a lien fee when you called days prior and never mentioned such a fee only mentioned that this months storage fee will be due as well. Then I go to pay last month and this month and find out my bill is doubled? Will change to 4 or 5 stars if Devon can show empathy and do the right thing and being better than what they have showed.
