Fast and friendly service! Everything was thoroughly explained to us by Celicia and we got a free month! The storage has high ceilings which is a great plus for our needs.
If we went on price alone, I would still give 5 stars. But let me tell you the front desk manager was amazing! I asked her name more then once and have terrible issues with names but I know she was the manager. She was on everything before I could ask. And to top that off, she was kind and helpful when we got there. The transaction was smooth and easy because of her. I would definitely rent here anytime I need another unit. Easy, cheap, clean and nice. They got it all.
This place is dirty is no climate control I paid $113 last week I can't even get in now this lady and has changed the hours twice not notifying me or anybody else I suppose I can't get in here tonight to get very important papers I need for in the now she has twist the hours back to 68 9:30 until 6:00 p.m. this is an inconvenience is going to cost me issues tomorrow morning and I would like a full refund I just paid $113morning and now she's put the hours back from the office hours 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. if I would have been... read more
Celicia their general manager did everything from start to finish the storage the truck everything all I did was pull in and unload. I hope this storage company knows what they have exactly with Celicia cause she is worth 10 girls together. Good job celicia..thank you
