I came up from NJ and was able to get a last minute rental van to help my daughter move between two apartments. I spoke to Mike in the office on site, the night before and he was amazing. He talked me through the whole process and had a clean van waiting for me the next morning. He was thorough, professional, and kind. I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock.
