I had an amazing experience! Mike is very sweet and professional. He was super helpful during the sign up process and tour. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and overall, 5 stars PLUS !!!

I came up from NJ and was able to get a last minute rental van to help my daughter move between two apartments. I spoke to Mike in the office on site, the night before and he was amazing. He talked me through the whole process and had a clean van waiting for me the next morning. He was thorough, professional, and kind. I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock. Secure and easy to access. Code required for entry. Enough equipment to easily move storage items. Office in the back (it's not obvious...lol ). Manager efficient and personable. Support is not direct by phone, I had to leave a message, but it really isn't necessary as it's a simple procedure. I got a 5x5 and it's enough. Ceiling is high.
