The staff is amazing by making me feel comfortable. The knowledge and devices/instruments they have in their dental arsenal is amazing. From a technological look they are better. From scheduling to hygienist to Dr. PATEL. You are all excellent.Thankyou
My first visit went well, my post op check up went completely sideways. Didn’t have the correct medication after doing a procedure. Decided to send me to their sister company in Davenport where I was told I had to wait two hours for the medication. Ended up leaving with no medication, still in pain because I live almost an hour away and had hungry children. Keep in mind my appointment was at 7:30 am. Quick and easy tooth extraction didn't feel a thing. Dr. Was real polite even though I bit her finger she held her own and never once reacted to me biting down and moving it's been 48 hours and my mouth doesn't even feel sore zero discomfort in the area of extraction with no pain medication I feel like she did a grate job well skilled Dr. Patel. Thank yous
I felt I was finally heard about my concerns. Dr Patel is able to explain procedures so I understand them. Glad I'm here.
Dr. Patel is a gentle soul. She even remembered me after a year. I like how she explains the process as she goes. I do not fear or dread going to the dentist.
