Victor is very thorough. Does a great job! We changed our Service from every three months to every other month. I wouldn’t not recommend any other company as Dewey pest control is the best if you have an issue in between services just call and they come right out.! A+A+A+
Our Dewey technician Victor, is amazing! Always friendly, considerate, courteous, professional, thorough and punctual. We’ve had pest control with Dewey now for a couple of years and Victor has been able to keep ALL the creepy crawlies (and I don’t DO creepy crawlies 🥴), especially the spiders! He is always very responsive if we ever do happen to find a stray here or there, which is incredibly rare. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Enrique was very articulate & thorough explaining the various options & pricing. He arrived promptly on the day of our inspection, sent me pictures of the areas of concern & then took the time to call & personally explain his findings. We especially appreciated the call, rather than waiting for the written report, because we live 5-hours from our vacation home where the inspection took place. Dewey pest control is on it. I pay for their yearly service and I live on the east side of lancaster. I was having a problem with water bugs and roaches. They came back out and sprayed again.
