I really don’t know what to say about John at the Carson office. The letters was sent out to me about wanting to come back on service. I’ve called and everytime John avoids speaking. By the sound of his employees tone. They don’t even want to be around him. What kind of manager is this? Whoever is in charge of John needs to speak with his employees to find out what’s going on with him. I’ve decided to keep Western on all my properties because of John.
