I really don’t know what to say about John at the Carson office. The letters was sent out to me about wanting to come back on service. I’ve called and everytime John avoids speaking. By the sound of his employees tone. They don’t even want to be around him. What kind of manager is this? Whoever is in charge of John needs to speak with his employees to find out what’s going on with him. I’ve decided to keep Western on all my properties because of John.
Kevin is my tech and I have been dealing with him for the last year and he is amazing. He always thoroughly takes care of my 2 properties, and my resident's have always been satisfied with his services. I do not receive call backs of issues, and his customer service is outstanding. He always comes through for me each time I reach out in between service dates without hesitation. Vince is awesome and always goes above and beyond. He will work with my schedule so he can work both inside and outside the house. He always takes time and educates me on the various treatments ( this month was aunts). I’m extremely happy I went with Dewey. Highly recommend.
