I wanted to share my positive experience with this company but specifically with Tom. He had gotten out to one of our clients homes for an inspection and did a great job with answering all questions and concerns regarding the report and his findings. I’m very happy with the service at Dewey. They are very easy to work with and have an actual person who answers the phone. They are responsive and come out quickly when new pests arise. The same technician comes out so they get to know your property and common pests. Our technician, Brent, is awesome. He calls the day before to give the time he stops by and is always punctual and super friendly. He deserves a raise!
I am so happy with the service but the other thing that’s great is that the same technician comes and I couldn’t be happier with him. Great wonderful attitude. I think Dewey is lucky to have him.
