I’m very happy with the service at Dewey. They are very easy to work with and have an actual person who answers the phone. They are responsive and come out quickly when new pests arise. The same technician comes out so they get to know your property and common pests. Our technician, Brent, is awesome. He calls the day before to give the time he stops by and is always punctual and super friendly. He deserves a raise!
I am so happy with the service but the other thing that’s great is that the same technician comes and I couldn’t be happier with him. Great wonderful attitude. I think Dewey is lucky to have him.
We had a fantastic experience with Dewey Pest Control, thanks to our exterminator Brent. He was incredibly professional, prompt, and attentive. Brent always texted ahead with a time window for his visit and checked in to see if there were any specific problem areas we wanted him to address. Dewey is amazingly customer oriented from the office staff to the field staff they are focused on listening to your needs and then striving to fulfill them. I can recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services
