So I will say, Dcfu Financial DOES NOT SUPPORT THE MILITARY whatsoever and they have the RUDEST customer service I have ever seen. Becky who works with them was the most unprofessional person I've ever heard on the phone, literally yelling at JUSTIN. Beemer swore in April 1st and was shipped out April 2nd. He tried to contact DCFU to put Justin on his account to make his car payments but he couldn't get anywhere on the phone because all they do is send you to voice mail and not return calls and he got locked out of his onli... read more

Time to switch financial institutions. I can't continue to deal with the incompetence on display from the board down to the tellers. There is no logical reason to have to put holds on checks unless the issuer has written bad checks in the past. One of multiple issues with this incompetent institution.
