The superior Staff at DFCU in downtown St Petersburg provides excellent service - due to being extra knowledgeable, efficient and friendly/pleasant !+
Systems are antiquated and so are the banking policies. I've never had such a terrible experience with a bank. We didn't make it two weeks before we ran into problems that forced us to leave First Citrus. All thanks to their archaic banking policies.
This is by far the best community bank around, everyone is very friendly and professional. Not like the big box banks. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for business or personal banking needs.
