Dr. Hooper is an excellent provider. She's attentive to my medical needs and understands what is going on with my health and she always takes time to go over options and next steps in my treatment plan. I'm thankful to have her as my provider
My first appointment was so good from check in to check out. I was a ball of nervousnesses lol going in, BP was high and all … BUT the medical assistant I had definitely set the tone for my calm throughout the appointment. She was gentle with words, non judgmental, kind and sweet. And then it just got better from there on- Dr. Hooper was everything a person needs!!! I didn't seek out Dr. Hooper, but she did perform an emergent operation while I was in the hospital. I had my post-op here. Every hospital staffer raved about her and it made me feel at ease. Every interaction I had with her was calm, respectful, and I was provided with all the knowledge I needed. She answered every question and I was happy we crossed paths.
Dr Hooper is a very warm, knowledgeable, caring person who listened intently to me. I highly recommend her. The two ladies at the front desk at the Mansfield, however, seemed not to want to be there. One of them had her head buried in her phone when I arrived and left. When I came into the office to check in, neither greeted me or asked who I was or why I was there. My experience with Dfw Bariatric has been nothing less than professional, sensitive and caring from my first visit on. Dr. Hooper and her staff have truly listened and been responsive throughout this journey.. I highly recommend them. Dr. Hooper was able to accomplish what three other doctors were not. I’m most grateful!
