My first appointment was so good from check in to check out. I was a ball of nervousnesses lol going in, BP was high and all … BUT the medical assistant I had definitely set the tone for my calm throughout the appointment. She was gentle with words, non judgmental, kind and sweet. And then it just got better from there on- Dr. Hooper was everything a person needs!!! It is NEVER a good idea to NOT be a licensed doctor or board certified and try and make medical decisions for a patient and you’re not the surgeon. This is EXACTLY what Daisy tried to do and when I asked for the surgeon to contact me, Daisy refused. Andrea is rude, I gave her two chances to show if she could be professional or not and she failed. I have never met a Medical Assistant who regrets speaking to patients as much as her. Dr. Hooper and her staff are excellent. Dr. Hooper took time to explain and show diagrams of my issue and how she would repair it. What to expect during recovering. I am very pleased that I now better understand my hyenal hernia.
My experience with Dfw Bariatric has been nothing less than professional, sensitive and caring from my first visit on. Dr. Hooper and her staff have truly listened and been responsive throughout this journey.. I highly recommend them. Dr. Hooper was able to accomplish what three other doctors were not. I’m most grateful!
Love that there is a satellite office in Mansfield! Best surgeon ever. Staff is kind and considerate. Dr. Kureja’s compassion and commitment to his patients is exemplary.
