When our lovely office dog who shall remain unnamed decided to put our plumbing to the ultimate test (let’s just say… it didn’t go well), we were in deep trouble—literally. The team at Diablo Plumbing showed up faster than we could Google "emergency plumber," had a good laugh at our canine catastrophe, and got everything flowing smoothly again in no time. Waited 6 hours (1-4 window, showed up after around 7:45pm) for a simple fill and flush valve swap. Plumber arrived tired and unprepared. Have to walk through how the job needs to be done as the plumber was saying how he doesn’t like Toto toilet and didn’t even know how to take the water tank apart. A week later (went for a trip) a slow drip from the connection appears. It’s a Toto toilet so requires removal of the water tank to access the connection. Called customer service.
