I’ve gone there twice, and both times were great. The front staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The wait time was short. And most importantly, I was able to get an appointment right away. I got my first mammogram there and I was soooo nervous, but the very sweet tech doing it was so professional and nice. The machine they use is very new and makes the whole experience very comfortable. I was never in pain. Hello- anyone looking at the reviews wondering where they can get their results- don’t hold your breath. The owners name is Dr. Issa and his son Robert Issa. They have permanently closed the doors without warning, refusing to pay their staff for 2 weeks worth of labor and are are not answering phone calls. If you did not receive your results, you should seek legal counsel and contact your insurance company (especially if you were exposed to radiation). The check in was quick and the front desk staff was professional. The technician, Leidy, was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable, even adding extra pillows.
I am a medical doctor. I refer patients for tests. The service is robotic without care. I sent a patient for a stat renal ultrasound to rule out a large obstructing stone that would require hospitalization. Getting a preliminary read appears impossible. The operation manager is unreachable as is the radiologist. If one needs real service this is not the place. Stat has no meaning. Stat according to the scheduling manager is 24 hours at best. Great service. Very professional. Yalexis was excellent, I came without an appt and he made the check in process very smooth. It was an absolutely great experience. The whole staff and my technician were very caring. I most definitely recommend.
