I’ve gone there twice, and both times were great. The front staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The wait time was short. And most importantly, I was able to get an appointment right away. I got my first mammogram there and I was soooo nervous, but the very sweet tech doing it was so professional and nice. The machine they use is very new and makes the whole experience very comfortable. I was never in pain. I wish there was an option to give a negative rating, because this business is extremely terrible. Firstly my appointment was messed up, when I got to the office for my appointment the female at the front desk was on her personal phone and had me wait over 20 minutes before she gave me some forms to be completed (this after I questioned what I was waiting for and so long). When my primary got the reports it was for the wrong body part and I have been trying to get this corrected since August to no avail. Every person that I ... read more

I had a great experience here. The ultrasound tech, Rhonda (Sorry if I misspelled) was so nice and friendly and helpful. No one wants to go through any medical emergencies, but when you do, its great to have such nice people to explain the process. It was also the first time I have an ultrasound and the gel isn't freezing cold. The whole staff was very efficient also. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Seriously though, A+ to Rhonda!!!!

I am basing this review simply off of customer service. I did not come here to actually be seen. I came here trying to track down my health records. I'd initially called and someone I spoke to in the medical records department told me that they'd found my name and that I could come and pick up my medical records. However, that was not the case when I got there. Went in to make a appointment, the receptionist asked if I wanted to have it done today. She checked to see if the technician was there. After completing the forms, I was seen soon after. The tech, was friendly and professional. The tech’s English okay. The overall experience was excellent. I was in and out with my disc in a hour.
