I was dealing with a MVA claim with Charles (Calgary location) for about a year when he stopped answering my calls or replying to my emails. I tried calling the head office twice to see if he still wanted my case and if I was allowed to go to another lawyer instead. It’s been about 3 months and I havn’t heard a thing from him. Hired Joel in September to deal with my teenage sons MVA injuries. After the intake , we never heard another word from him. I reached out and got an auto email back that he no longer works there! Not one person reached out to us with an alternate lawyer or to let us know he was no longer there . Now I have to start the process all over again. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent.
My wife and I were working with Charles Thompson ( Calgary) for a year and then all of a sudden he stopped responding to our calls and emails. We've called the main office line numerous times and left messages for Charles but heard nothing back. Very unprofessional and highly frustrating.
The entire team at Diamond and Diamond was a pleasure to work with through my automobile accident claim. I didn't know what to expect going through the process, but Joel communicated expertly with me through every step, and was always available for any questions I had.
