I used Diamond Law for the purchase of my house. They failed to collect an RPR for the property I purchased which ended up costing me $960.00. When I asked them to produce a copy of the RPR they were unable to and refused to pay the $960.00. I bought and sold a house with them so they collected over $2000.00 in legal fees. For what?
Pathetic. I was told I would receive the funds from our house sale the day of closing or the following business day. Six business days later and numerous calls to the Bank holding my Mortage, the real estate firm holding funds in trust and the bank that was to receive the funds to find out where the funds were. Today I'm told Diamond and Diamond would follow up and transfer the funds tomorrow (7 business days past). Now waiting to see if it actually occurs.
