I can't even explain just how amazing Diamond and Diamond was in regards to handling my motorcycle accident. I left a message on a Sunday morning and received a call back within an hour. I honestly didn't expect anything until Mon afternoon or Tues. Pamela followed up regularly and she was both gracious and considerate re a slip and fall of an elderly patient in a nursing home. She was attentive, empathetic, respectful, and professional. Excellent.

Do not go to Franchised lawyers. They care about their pocket not your claim. They settle for peanuts to get more cases moving. It's all about quantity not quality. When you see personal injury lawyers paying cost for commercials on TV and Radio plus bill board. RUN as fast as you can. You're better be going to small firms who provide legal service not business.

Being in a car accident is never fun. In fact, since that day, it has been the 3 worst years of my life.
