I rarely leave reviews but Diana absolutely deserves high praise for her amazing work getting my loan processed and closed! She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She worked to make sure the loan was approved and ready to close on time! In fact, it was ready to close early!! She found the best loan program for me and locked in the best rate possible! This is my second loan through Diana and I can’t imagine going with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Diana gave me the information and confidence to buy my first home. As a single, female educator, I had never considered buying in Seattle. Then someone recommended I have a conversation with Diana. From our first Zoom meeting, she began teaching me about the process. She ran countless scenarios for me and answered many questions before I even thought to ask. There was much I didn’t know, I didn’t know. I doubt I would be where I am now, a homeowner, without Diana’s support and encouragement. Five stars does not seem enough.

Diana was amazing with handling my loan. It was my first time buying a condo and she walked me through every step. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly. She responded to all my questions very quickly. I even texted about the loan late at night and she responded within minutes and even called to explain things and ran more loan numbers by hand without her computer. She was fantastic and I could not recommend her more!

Diana is so helpful and insightful! She connected with my husband and I frequently, answered every question we had, gave us advice (within her scope), and made us feel safe during a very stressful life step. I really enjoyed talking with her, and getting to know more about her and her passion for doing this. Diana and her team were amazing, and my husband and I felt confident during our home-buying process!

We have worked with Diana Meacham since buying our first home in Seattle in 2010. In the years since, we have worked with her on several refinances and mortgages. She has been a fantastic partner and takes great care of her clients throughout the entire mortgage process. I don't think five stars is enough, but it's the most I was allowed to select.

Diana and her team were absolutely phenomenal for our home financing needs! She is a stellar communicator and was able to clearly talk us through the entire process and kept us up-to-date at all times, even during a very rapid closing process! I would even say she made the (what can be) tedious process fun! We can't recommend Diana enough!
