These guys put in a very long day and they were just as friendly and courteous at 7pm as they were at 8am. Great team of John, Dave, Charlie, Billy, Connor, and Nick! They were not just careful of our possessions but also of the walls, doors and door frames, trim, & banisters on both houses. My mom was moving out of one assisted living and into another one, and we needed storage for the time in between moves. I don’t live in St. Louis and I wasn’t sure who to use, but someone recommended Dielman. I contacted them via text and went from there. Charles was easy to work with and very helpful on the phone and via text. Ty, Adrian, and the other movers who came were very nice and worked quickly. I’m glad I chose Dielman for this move!
I was struggling trying to find someone to move an item (that weighed approx. 400lbs) from 20 minutes away to my house and into the basement. Every company I contacted wanted an arm, leg, and first born child to move it. This company offered a reasonable price, on call 24 hours, and showed up same day. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process. 2 guys showed up with my item, the second they ran into an issue they made a phone call, and the owner shows up to my house 5 minutes later. Relatively small move, but what was being moved and the 3 different destinations things were going to kept changing. Charles was great with scheduling, figuring out what was needed, and staying flexible as things changed. He and Billy did a great job moving things, including maneuvering a couple very large pieces through spaces I thought would be too small for them. Very fast and efficient too. Great experience, and price was reasonable compared to others that gave me quotes.
I would recommend Dielman for all moving needs! Everything was easy from the first phone call to book until the crew left. Charles was prompt to reply to any questions I had prior to the move. Pricing was clearly explained before I signed anything. On moving day, the crew showed up within the agreed upon timeframe.
