We used moving (and furniture disassembly), storingand furniture delivery a month later. Our experience with moving out, storing and delivery was excellent. Initially, we needed to find help with moving and storing last minute. Despite it being last minute, they accommodated us and fit us into the schedule so we had nothing to worry about. Dielman Moving and Storage were going to move a player piano for me today. These four men showed up and was checking out how best to move it. These four men were so respectful and caring. Due to Very Rude people at the house, the piano didn’t get moved. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW VERY SORRY I AM FOR THE THINGS THAT WERE SAID TO THEM! I WILL HONESTLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I TRULY AM SO VERY SORRY FOR WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH!😭😭
These guys put in a very long day and they were just as friendly and courteous at 7pm as they were at 8am. Great team of John, Dave, Charlie, Billy, Connor, and Nick! They were not just careful of our possessions but also of the walls, doors and door frames, trim, & banisters on both houses. The packing for the move was good, when I received my items approximately 6 months later, I discovered Damages to many of my items. The owner broken an expensive mirror , tried to repair it with glue, and never notified me. (he did send it to the House of Denmark for proper repair after I had a fit) I’m still discovering damaged items. He was paid over $10, 000 for storage and moving. I would recommend Dielman Moving & Storage. The three men showed up on time and went right to work. They worked hard all day long. They took care of our belongings and made sure everything arrived safe. I have no complaints at all. They worked well past 6:00 pm making sure everything was placed where we wanted.
