I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this GI office. I was having a significant GI issue and was in pain, so I called the on-call doctor for guidance. Instead of receiving compassion or a thorough evaluation, I was treated rudely and dismissively and was simply told to take Tums and gave his resume. I don’t care you’re a senior partner. Dr Ranvir Singh is one of my favorite doctors. He is so kind, smart, and carries a great bed side manner. He has a great sense of humor and listens. He gives you all the time you need to ask questions. I highly recommend him for any GI issues or procedures. The ladies that are at the front desk are the most welcoming and funny. Dr Singh is an outstanding doctor and I’ve been a patient of his for many years.
I’ve reached out numerous times this weekend. I had a medical issue and I reached out to you one of you’re supposed to senior partners who gave me his résumé and told me to take Tums even though I was having issues. The ladies in the front office were very nice and helpful. Amanda my nurse is great, professional yet personal and very attentive. Dr. Parikh is great as well, he has taken very good care of me for some years now. I am going to keep it that way.
This is the best gastroenterologist I’ve been, and I’ve been in several. The Doctors are super kind and the receptionist Karina she’s super sweet. I enjoyed my experience. I would recommend to anybody that needs help with his stomach health!
