Always a good experience on this place. Dr. Errampalli was nice. He explained conditions very well. He listened and answered questions.
I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness. Answered my questions and responding fast when I have questions from home .
The ratings speak for themselves. Don't go here. They are unprofessional and swindlers. We canceled on time and all they care about is money. Still trying to charge for canceling. The front desk employees are rude and litterly disgusting. The area where they do the procedure is awkward. It might as well be a drive through colonoscopy procedure. They don't address your current issues. They don't listen. All they care about us getting you in and out to make money.
Couldn’t even reschedule tried charging me a fee to get another appointment good luck with that I’ll just die of colon cancer I guess I guess you guys are ripping everyone off as it is threw insurance so what’s one person matter
If I could give zero stars I would. After 4 months of trying to get care I was told to just go to north western for future care. It is very sad how unprofessional this place is. No care. No compassion for us who are sick and need help. Worst medical experience in my life.
