Dr Shah deserves zero stars! Worst GI Dr ever! We saw him regarding swallowing issues and what we thought was gerd. He said my husband’s symptoms were strange. Then said he’s booked 6 weeks out for endoscopy! He’s a GI Dr, how can those symptoms be strange!?!? He told us someone would be calling us on Monday to schedule endoscopy. NO ONE CALLED. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Sasso is arrogant and pushy. He waits a month to give results. Staff is as bad as him. Expect to get nonstop texts regarding balance due before they even run it thru insurance. What a joke!!!

I met Dr Jurkovic and Dr Sasso when I was hospitalized. They were wonderful! When it came time for my follow up, it was a nightmare. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They are a barrier to patient care and were successful in blocking my access to a follow up with Dr. Sasso. I attempted to make a complaint with the office manager Christina and discovered why this office feels it’s ok to be rude and unprofessional.

They had 2 days to send my refill and didn't. I called twice, and was told they would let the Dr know. Then they closed for the weekend and didn't bother to send the refill. They can't be reached on the weekends. I now have no medicine. They do not care about their patients. The staff is rude and the doctors don't care about that either!
