The Glen Oaks Branch has a welcoming environment. The employees are always there to help you with a smile. I have personal accounts and business account and all transactions are quick and smooth. Could not be any happier that I use Dime Community Bank for all my banking needs.
After the poor treatment I received both at the branch and with telephone banking I went to the branch and closed my accounts. The manager then called me over and asked why. I started explaining and he began to argue my reasons for closing my accounts. I had no obligation to justify my actions and told him I had nothing further to discuss with him.
