Just a bank. Came here for a quick deposit and the staff was friendly and there was no line at all. They also had complimentary coffee when I was there. Word.

Dime is not a big bank but they act like your business means nothing to them. I informed them of the following details and that I would like to stay at the branch but they weren't competitive with other banks now. I wanted to talk to the branch manager but she was on vacation and her assistant couldn't care less about my substantial business with the bank.
