TDLR: They had a great staff they was able to help me through a compicated bank issue. I would like to thank them for their help and a beautiful bank location. I had a very difficult issue regarding my father who passed away and a bank account under a buisness. and after months of tryig to get it settled there was only deadends and then possibly having to go back to the governement and getting another letter. Terrible customer service. Probably the worst I've ever experienced! I've complained more than once and nothing changes. I suppose it's time to switch banks to one that actually appreciates their clients!
I stopped by the Riverhead branch (drive thru) and the African American woman working at the drive thru is beyond unprofessional. She did not say a single word while completing the transaction and this isn't my first time at this location. Whatever, happened to hello, have a nice day? Nothing! I'm not sure who or where the employees come from but BNB did themselves a huge disservice merging with this bank. The customer service is atrocious.
