Terrible customer service and even worse online experience. Stay away!!! I wish there would be half star!
BNB merging with Dime is a huge mistake. Customer service was never great at BNB anyway but Dime is even worse. I called in inquired about a charge on my account, I was informed to call back the following the business day. Just inappropriate, tacky customer service.
BNB used to be a great bank. But that was 35 years ago, before they had corporate aspirations. Now they are just as obnoxious as any big corporate bank - actually more so because they pretend to be a little country bank. SCNB is much, much better.
