Rudest employee I have ever dealt with at a bank. Treated me like less than a person with thousands of dollars in cash in my hand. I just wanted to open a bank account and I've never been so belittled in my life. Rude obnoxious horrible. I would rather give my money to homeless people than dime Bank
Honestly I don’t do reviews unless my experience was extremely good or very much so bad… today was my first day using this branch of Dime, I wasn’t at all phased by the ATM machine being out of order for the past week as a posted note on top of it stated but when I went up to the drive through I was completely made fun of, at first it was fine that I made a deposit, I placed in one $100, four $5s, and fourteen singles to come out to $134, then I had to make a withdrawal of $40 and she laughed in my face as if I didn’t know w... read more
This is a great bank and branch to deal with. I'm very happy with all the people there and especially Norma who is extra helpful. Highly recommend!!!!!
