I run a program at the local library once a month and use the money as a rainy day fund that I cash and save. In April I cashed my check on site with no issue. I went today to do the same and was told no, the teller gets the manager who handed me the check back, told me I don't have the ability to do that and then (from the bottom of his gut) laughed in my face over it. To say I felt humiliated is an understatement.
We are VERY happy with Dime Bank in Patchogue! The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful! I highly recommend doing your banking here.
Refused to cash a check generated by them, with an account for Aroogas in Patchogue. And Dawn the lady who answered, said sarcastically “thanks and good luck cashing your check “ Terrible customer service and steals money
