Okay folks - check this out. I recently went into the bank with five random questions about products, services, fees and more. I met and worked with Shakira Lyn the Assistant Branch Manager. Dime bank took over Bridgehampton national bank in the Hamptons. Dime has been the worst experience of my life. From my mortgage, to my business to personal. Every week I have an issue with fraudulent claims. Had to change debit cards 3xs in a two month period. Which I then have to change every account I use my debit card. I have a $239,000 equity line on my home in the Hamptons. Valued at 3.2 million. I had water damage so my insurance company put dime on the checks. This bank sucks. Their hours suck, they have only 2 branches through put the whole NYC. They've had to close my account twice due to fraudulent purchases in less than six months! They do not call and notify you or even email you! I had to find out both times by being humiliated in front of people when my card was declined. Each time it was a Friday and had to wait until MONDAY just to request for a new card!
