I've had accounts at Dime Community Bank for many years. And all these years, my manager, Rokea Akter, has been my manager. I visited the bank today. I had a ton of questions, and Ms. Akter helped me resolve them quickly, clearly, and kindly. She's a true professional. Thank you very much!
The Jackson Heights Dime branch has been my bank for many years, and I have found Rokeya Akter to provide top notch, well-informed, and professional client services without fail. She has proven both efficient and highly knowledgeable in resolving all of my banking needs, and has always made me feel that I am cared about and in good hands. I have seen her extend the same care and attention to other clients at this branch.
I’m a business customer in Dime bank. I had a very bad experience on March 24 with assistant manager. Assistant manager Jeff Geneus does not have manager skills. He is rude and unwelcoming. Dime is supposed to be a community bank, and it should help the community, but he does not offer help. I always see a new employee there, and they are always treated badly by him because they are very busy with their own stuff. They don’t care the customer.
Don’t even bother banking with this company. Employees here could not care less about your situation. When it comes to getting help or asking a question. You get nowhere with this company. Rokeya Akter needs a new job, she clearly cannot handle customer service. Needs to fix her attitude from the get go.
