We’ve been to DinoDash a handful of times and the kids always have a blast. Yesterday we had my daughter’s fifth birthday party (with 24+ kids!) there and everything went so well! They had already set up the tables when we got there with the color table cloth we requested, the Bluetooth speaker was easy to connect, I was able to order extra pizzas, snacks and waters last minute, and everything came out exactly on time. Pros: It’s the closest indoor playground to us, the staff are friendly, facilities are clean, massage chairs are great! There’s a young woman who I became accustomed to seeing there. She’s really warm with the kids, patiently helps them buckle safely into the Dino seat, makes friendly conversation with parents, she’s a great caregiver. You can tell her heart is in it. The facility is great, large inflatables for the kids to run around in and those little hamster tubes that they like to scoot through, and big slides. The only thing that is pretty awful is they have a photo booth (cool, $6) but it does not give you change. I asked the front desk and they said it wasn’t their problem, that they don’t own the machine and I can call the service number on the box. Thanks. Awesome. Always a great experience at Dino Dash. It’s very clean. It keeps the kids entertained for hours. They could be there all day if they could. I love that they offer hot foods, snacks, drinks and coffee. I have done 2 birthday parties here in the last 2 years and the process was seamless. You can book online. They will do the set up and the clean up for you. I will be so sad when I kids grow out of this! I always recommend this place to my friends whenever they are looking for party ideas. We had our son’s third birthday here and it was amazing! They supplied the plates etc and the decorations were on point ! He loved all the balloons! The staff made the party effortless for me, and I got to enjoy spending time with everyone instead of making sure everything was taken care of! Great experience! They have also added more lights, everything was bright and clean - even the bathrooms were great!
