I highly recommend using Discount Auto Glass. Their customer service exceeds expectations. I worked with Dominique and she was fantastic. I brought my Transit in for a windshield replacement and they discovered the previous installer had cut two holes in the frame around the window, which was the cause of a leak. I went with Discount Auto Glass because their quote was about 40% cheaper than the other seven companies I contacted in the area. They had appointments open Immediately, and I was able to have my windshield replacement and calibration completed in about five hours. Everyone was friendly and the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
We had two car windows smashed last night by some of Portland’s wonderful downtown criminals. Thought we’d have to drive home 8 hours with plastic on them…but Miles and staff at Discount Auto Glass made space in their schedule and replaced them within 3 hours. This is a great shop with awesome people providing excellent service, and I recommend them highly.
