Got a crack on my windshield and Progressive wanted me to use a national conglomerate. $500 for some random dude in a van to double park and slap some glass on the street?!? I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Don’t waste you time calling around, they are the best price and value hands down. I called and they got me in same day, got it done an hour faster than they said it would be, great customer service, lifetime warranty on the workmanship and quality of glass. When I got back into my car they went above and beyond cleaning up the old broken glass. They definitely earned a new loyal customer.
These folks were super nice, professional, and fast. My passenger side window was smashed in a break in just a few days before Christmas and they fixed it affordably and within an hour and a half. When I got my keys back, they had not only cleaned up the broken glass inside, but fully detailed the entire interior of my car. It was a lovely touch after an experience that was less than ideal. They even recommended a dog friendly coffee shop nearby I could wait at since I had my pug with me.
We took our camper van in with a suspected leaky windshield. The quote they gave was by far the cheapest around. After they removed the windshield they discovered rust that needed to be removed. They were able to hold our van until their recommended autobody shop was able to work on it. Discount Auto Glass PDX went above and beyond making sure our van windshield was watertight. Their communication along the way was impeccable. I highly recommend taking your windshield needs to Discount Auto Glass PDX.
I highly recommend using Discount Auto Glass. Their customer service exceeds expectations. I worked with Dominique and she was fantastic. I brought my Transit in for a windshield replacement and they discovered the previous installer had cut two holes in the frame around the window, which was the cause of a leak.
