If you are looking for high attention customer service, this is NOT the service provider for you. My eye vision has been an issue all of my life, and for me at least an attentive, critical thinking eye care provider is critical. The eye doctor I saw, Dr. Vu, was great: thoughtful, critical thinking. Beyond that, my customer experience ensures I won't be back: unfriendly eyeglasses shop. I just went to get my eyes checked and was trying to find a new pair of glasses and the lady there seemed like she didn't want to be at work today. I have a budget right, so I'm trying them on and then looking at the price and she goes, "You wanna come back when you have more money?" First off, my husband's insurance would buy me a pair and I wouldn't need money. So excuse you? Got my prescription updated but was unable to find a pair of frames that I liked here. I found frames elsewhere and had them make the lenses as well. After four sets of lenses and two trips back to Discover with my issues, I finally had my prescription checked again (elsewhere). My fifth set of lenses with the new presciption are perfect. Staff was helpful enough, but I won't be returning here or recommending them to anyone.
Dr Vu and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I would completely recommend Discover Vision to anyone. They are a really great group of people.
Highly recommend Dr Vu. She is 1 of 1 when it comes to making patients feel welcome. Great personality and really helpful. Will always be back each year!
