The service was good but the results of the prescription was not. Went back to check and they insisted the prescription was correct yet an older prescription was better. During the recheck the testing machine results were good (for me) but the glasses made from the prescription were not. An older prescription worked good in the office also. The prescription used in the office did not have the same vision results as the machine in the office. My eyes work for the machine but not for the specified prescription. Everyone is polite and accommodating. The one who checks everything out before the doctor did a great and thorough job. Very kind! I needed a drink of water she was willing to get me one. Above and beyond. Dr.Vu was very thorough took time to talk with me. I appreciated her opinion on how she would treat my droopy eyes. She was and is always thorough with my eyes. I always appreciate that. Thank you. Outstanding service!
Very nice office. Atmosphere is professional and personable from start to finish with all staff. Thorough eye exam. Dr Vu is thorough with her exam, explaining everything, asking questions, listens. I'm happy I made the change to this office
Dr. Vue is awesome. Took time to explain in ways I understood. Her staff isn’t so friendly. But Dr. Vue makes up for it. I highly recommend her and the Discover vision subsidiaries.
Dr. Vu is very personable and knowledgeable. I have been going to the Leawood office forever. I did go one time to the Raymore location when they first opened, and the doctor at that time was not good at all….his response to me in not being able to see at a reading length was I was just going to have to deal with it, going back to the Leawood office, I found out my eye needed a minor prescription and I ended up doing LASIK on that eye.
