I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team here—especially Greg and Richard. They are consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, they respond quickly and actually fix the issue the right way, not just a temporary patch. Greg in maintenance is outstanding—efficient, knowledgeable, confident, and always on time. The maintenance team does a great job overall. The location is amazing and close to downtown, which makes it an even better place to live. Truly a great place to call home!
Good luck trying to your the property. I had an extremely dissatisfying experience trying to tour an apartment. I walked in this morning and learned it's by appointment only. The woman in the office told me there were no available appointments today. So I went online and was able to schedule a 3:00pm today. Great! I thought. I received the appointment confirmation texts and emails.
