I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team here—especially Greg and Richard. They are consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, they respond quickly and actually fix the issue the right way, not just a temporary patch. A slow leak led to mould damage restoration in a hallway wall. The team explained remediation steps and timelines clearly. They accommodated a small request to protect nearby flooring. Service felt careful and practical, not pushy.
Good luck trying to your the property. I had an extremely dissatisfying experience trying to tour an apartment. I walked in this morning and learned it's by appointment only. The woman in the office told me there were no available appointments today. So I went online and was able to schedule a 3:00pm today. Great! I thought. After living here for only a few months it has been great. Adam and Chanda were so patient and kind through the apartment searching process. Answered my many questions and had great communication. My repairs have been completed within 24-48 hours!! Richard and Greg are very efficient and get things done!!
