Just moved into District Lofts! The tour and move in process with Chanda was perfect! She gave great customer service and it was quick and simple. I had a couple move in maintenance requests that Greg and Richard were on top of and got completed within minutes of the request. This place and staff is amazing and I would recommend this complex!
This complex has been incredible for my first few weeks. Chanda in the front office was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process for my situation of moving back from Kansas to my home state of Arizona, and gave me all the needed info to get a unit locked in and taken care of. The maintence staff is also top notch, Greg was super helpful, came to resolve a few issues with my unit within a day of the initial request and knocked them all out quickly. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team here—especially Greg and Richard. They are consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, they respond quickly and actually fix the issue the right way, not just a temporary patch.
