Good luck trying to your the property. I had an extremely dissatisfying experience trying to tour an apartment. I walked in this morning and learned it's by appointment only. The woman in the office told me there were no available appointments today. So I went online and was able to schedule a 3:00pm today. Great! I thought. After living here for only a few months it has been great. Adam and Chanda were so patient and kind through the apartment searching process. Answered my many questions and had great communication. My repairs have been completed within 24-48 hours!! Richard and Greg are very efficient and get things done!!
Just wanted to give a a shout out to the consistent bedrock here at District Lofts, Chanda! Chanda goes above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome in any way she can. She is always smiling and her continuous hustle with providing top-notch tours for all perspective residence does not go unnoticed. Adam and Chanda are friendly, welcoming, kind, and helpful. Richard is the man. I have nothing to complain about...except the rather poor insulation between my place and the unit above me. I hear every footstep clearly, and sometimes their floor actually creaks! I'm surprised MT didn't make the soundproofing more beefy. I love District Lofts.
Lengthy Review Yes but You Are Looking For A Place to Call Home and It Is A Big Decision Absolutely Love District Lofts. I have lived here since they opened and have nothing but great things to say, soooo let’s begin. The apartments are wonderful, you hear the term luxury all the time with apartments but these truly are and more importantly the are a home.
