I just moved into District Lofts and there were a few repairs that needed to be done on my apartment. Richard did an amazing job. I cannot express how pleased I am with the quality of his work. He completed everything on my list but one item because the exact matching paint was not available. I was very impressed that he wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly and communicated that he would complete it as soon as the paint is in. In additional to his excellent work he was also friendly and professional.
No complaints, management + maintenance team really take care of this community. Everyone we’ve come in contact with is great - but wanted to give a specific shout out to Chanda & Richard. Thank you for everything!
Richard Reyes helped us with an emergency garbage disposal/water leak after hours. He got here very quick and was able to fix the issue promptly. We were shown what to do if this issue were to ever occur again. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Thank you Richard!
Had a great experience at the lofts. The location is great, with in walking distance from downtown Gilbert and the farmers market on Saturday mornings. The gym was nice if you needed a quick work out and the pool had some good energy to it. All the residents we interacted with were very friendly.
We lived at the District Lofts for 2.5 years and enjoyed most of our time there, but were beyond ready to leave toward the end of our lease. The things we enjoyed about living at the Lofts were the neighbors that we met and became friends with, the distance to downtown Gilbert, the overall aesthetics of the complex and inside of the apartments, and the balcony sizes.
