Great people, easy to work with. Honestly, it seems like go out of their way to exceed your expectations, BUT they dont know even your expectations.(That's just how they do business!!)Oh, and the staged furniture always matches the house stylistically, and the quality is always on point! This is more than a year overdue. After moving back to Bismarck for work, I wanted to move into a place quick. That left out building a custom home, so I looked at existing new homes. I immediately fell in love with one that was move in ready in Promontory. Steph and Jason were excellent to work with. They made sure everything fit my needs and budget. House had cracks in cement. Walk-in doors would not open properly & leaked water under door. Sliding door would not open properly(hard to open). Warranty Mgr came over with WD-40 & sprayed the sliding door. Then he came back & said he was not supposed to spray that on the door. Said they would replace doors, now won’t. Called parents & wife LIARS!!! Crooked!!!!
Update to our Review. We have now lived in our home for 9 months. I felt compelled to update our review since most people are usually very happy when they first move in but the enthusiasm fades with time. Diversity has stayed on top of all warranty issues and has done a great job of communicating all aspects of repairs. Not to say we haven't had our challenges, but Diversity never fought us on any warranty repairs. Josh in warranty goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
