At the start of the project, we were really discouraged by the lack of transparency and missed expectations. Our home was built by DJK in 2020, we broke ground just as Covid was hitting so we had some challenges that the DJK team pushed through with us. When we asked our project manager questions about potential issues and just general maintenance items during the build, (summarizing) he consistently said, "...look, we're in this together and with you, don't hesitate to call us, even after your home is out of warranty, we're here to help...". The project ran on time, they were very easy to coordinate with for different parts of the project, and the home itself is gorgeous.
