Steve was great to deal with on my new Docktail Boat Table! How often do you actually get to speak directly to the actual owner of a quality made US product? Yes, he actually answers the phone! Anyway, I love this new table. Blows away the factory garbage that comes equipped on most boats. Simple to install and enhances the entire interior. Can't wait to use it on the lake! The docktail product is amazing, it keeps everything in place when the waves are rough and saves space! The only thing better than the product is the customer service. I cannot thank Steven enough for taking care of a shipping issue we had. He went above and beyond what he needed to do but made the day by helping out. A great product with an even better representative!
I absolutely love my docktail bar and the owner Steve is such a genuine and good guy. Their products are of the highest marine grade quality and mine has lasted 4+ years looking basically brand new with a lot of use! Don't hesitate and just buy one!
Needed some replacement accessories for my Docktail Butker and as usual they were spot on with prompt service and great support. Dealt with Steve years ago with my first doctails and nothing but first class service. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you are looking at Boat serving tables and such
