Really a great office. From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone is wonderful. I’ve been seeing NP Jenny for over a year now and she has great bedside manner. She’s easy to talk to and genuinely a great person. I wish I knew the names of the girls at the front desk because they’re also amazing. I needed an EKG and other testing today for my upcoming surgery and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The phlebotomist was very kind, quick, and caring. Overall, a really good practice.
Love it here! They get how to run a medical practice so efficiently, every practice should be like this. Nurse practitioner Sara, Jenny and Younju are so helpful and kind, they understand and helped all of my issues so far! Even the front desk staff are so helpful! I highly highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a primary care doctor!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ann Kim as my primary care doctor for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely caring. I always feel heard and understood, and I trust her medical opinion completely. Her staff is also wonderful—very professional, accommodating, and kind, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. For anyone in Bergen County looking for a doctor who truly listens, cares, and takes the time to build trust with her patients, I strongly recommend Dr. Ann Kim.
I am writing about the negative experience my family had with this clinic and their doctors, specifically Dr. Kim. They obviously cater to the Korean/Korean-American population in NJ. Rather than addressing the language barrier and poor medical literacy of our immigrant families, they seem to make no effort to take care of our vulnerable loved ones. 1) Does not recommend screening to patients, including routine colonoscopies and yearly mammograms, despite the patients being of age (>40). They used to have a good service and friendly. As per 7 -8 years patient, I will no longer coming back here. Front desk people are very rude, lots of mistake sending a prescription to my pharmacy, over charge, and almost impossible to speak with a doctor when help needed. They suddenly stop accepting my insurance and refuse to give any help. I had to find another doctor to get a prescription for my allergy when my last visit was less than a six months ago.
