"This has been my worst experience. I went there for muscle growth and paid $400 for a session, but they did nothing except recommend using BioPro for 3 months. I followed their advice and used it every morning, but saw no results. Despite this, they charged me $1,200. Nothing improved, so I would advise staying away from Forum Health."

A wonderful experience. Entire staff was very attentive, considerate to my health issue, very proficient and ready to answer any questions. From the moment you step in the office, you feel that your needs, concerns and medical matters are a priority to every staff member. The staff here is phenomenal. They’re very warm, attentive , knowledgeable, and professional. Patricia M is amazing . She’s extremely kind and gentle. She always made sure that I was comfortable, she’s a wealth of knowledge in this particular medical space, and she made me feel like royalty. Patricia Meredith was fantastic! She was very patient and gentle and make sure you are very comfortable during the entire stay. Cornell it’s great as well! The entire staff at the Chicago location is phenomenal.
