Nice apartments. Not new, but well maintained & maintenance person on site. Reasonable rates. Small laundromat on site. Different floor plans to choose from. Great lawn maintenance. Ample parking. Not 5 star, but a nice child friendly neighborhood. Trailer Park nearby doesn't appear to be a safety issue at all.
Horrible. I do not recommend to anyone! Maintenance is a joke! The woman in the office is not helpful at all. Cops are constantly here. Needles laying on the ground. Certain neighbors go and run their mouth to try to get you kicked out! Very small units! The laundry rooms sucks! ( No washer dryer hook ups in unit) bug and mice problems! You get accused of doing things you are not doing! I live in apartment 121, at first they really sucked, but now with this new manager Kimberly Bowling its starting to brighten up, the other tenants are acting like a family community again, and maintenance is getting better too. Thank you for all that you do.
This place is a joke they let special needs people get abused treated wrong she plays favourites with people who truly just have their name on the apartment not living there keeping someone who really needs a safe home off the streets some one needs to take this place over because life's should be valud no matter who or what BBB the news it all about to be
I lived there 51/2 years ago the owners kicked me out because they did not like me I lost my section 8 because they lied to the judge and maintenance ran around telling everyone my business
