Dr. O’Keefe and her staff were rockstars. I brought Rocky my 9.5 year old English Bulldog in with a pretty severe collapsed urethra. Dr. O’Keefe was able to get Rocky all fixed up. She explained everything very well, the process, the risks, and treated Rocky as if he was a member of their family. Two weeks later, Rocky is thriving. My husband took his “ baby” here today for an ear infection. He was beyond happy with the care they provided. Dr. McAllister and her assistant Lane went above and beyond to take great care of our baby dog Leo, who doesn’t like strangers. My husband was able to hold him the whole time. They did what was needed without pushing any extra vaccines or medications. It was super affordable!! As a new client and in need of urgent veterinary services for our Std Poodle, I contacted Dogwood Trails explaining our pets condition to Olivia. She is very friendly and was attentive to our needs. Olivia set an appointment to get us in that Friday afternoon with Dr. A O’keefe. Reception was as cordial as initial phone contact. We had arrived 15min early and Was in exam room at scheduled time. We have tried a couple of vets since moving to NWA, but not had the best experiences. Today we tried Dogwood and we will stay here forever! Dr. O'Keefe and Skylar were amazing, the proccess was smooth, and you could 100% tell this wasn't just a business, but that they actually cared about Dallas. Highly Recommend!!
Genuinely so impressed with this location!!! I’m new to the area and have struggled with other vets not being upfront about prices and what level of care they were providing, but Dogwood is NOTHING like those places. I was thoroughly informed throughout each step of the process, the prices were fair, the bedside manner was impeccable, and they handled my boy Gravy with the highest level of care and respect.
