WOW. Initial visit is one for the books. When I arrived with my 2 dogs, the front desk was busy with calls, but she immediately acknowledged that we stepped in while she was on the phone. That was so courteous! We were visited by Dr O’Keefe & Makenna. Makenna had a sweet smile, and genuine disposition. She was thorough throughout the visit and kept the sweetest spirit about her. This is THE clinic to go to! They treat you and your pets not like a number but like part of the family. Every single person along our appointment journey was top notch! Dr. O'Keefe was personable, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and very thorough in her evaluation of my pup. She provided recommendations catered to our lifestyle and my pup's energy. Genuinely so impressed with this location!!! I’m new to the area and have struggled with other vets not being upfront about prices and what level of care they were providing, but Dogwood is NOTHING like those places. I was thoroughly informed throughout each step of the process, the prices were fair, the bedside manner was impeccable, and they handled my boy Gravy with the highest level of care and respect. This place is truly the best! Dr. O’Keefe is very experienced treats each patient like they are her own. The entire staff makes us feel like family and we’re so quick to help us treat my pup! I’ll be coming here for routine check ups as well. Highly recommend for any emergency or wellness check ups. ❤️
I took my darling TBone in for a well dog check and to update his shots. Obviously, the staff loves animals, were very professional and were respectful of my pocket book. AND they laughed at all my jokes. I would recommend them anyway to any one.
