We previously shared a review about Domus, but after our recent re-move-in, we just had to give some extra shout-outs for the outstanding experiences we've had lately! I have received such a warm welcome from all of the staff since moving into Domus. Carmen, Joel, Herson, & the rest of the maintenance team are amazing and always so attentive. The leasing staff - Aaron and Isabel are also amazing!
I can’t say enough great things about Joel and Herson! They are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger repair, they handle everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I truly appreciate their dedication to keeping the community running smoothly. Thank you both for your hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
FIVE STARS for Maintenance FOUR STARS for the rest (read for details). Joel & Herson are the most wonderful thing about living at Domus. Every day that I interact with them I'm happier that I live here. As far as everything else: Expect a headache surrounding 75% of every package you receive here. Without (seemingly) much forethought they overhauled our package system and the current setup is an unmanageable nightmare. I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance team at Domus! Ivan, Joel and Herson always go above and beyond to help with any issues that come up in my unit or in the complex. They are all so hard working, SO kind and so helpful. Every time I’ve had to put in a maintenance request, it’s been an easy and resolved quickly. They are the best!
