I recently had to move out of state and leave Domus behind otherwise I would’ve loved to stay. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment, management is above and beyond with keeping everything clean and up to date. Just as you may start to think something needs work, they’ve already sent an email that they’re working on it. All of the maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and SO fast! A couple weeks ago, I had an emergency request at 8:30 PM on a weekday. Anthony immediately answered my request and with a smile, helped fixed it. I’ve seen him around the building since and he is always kind and friendly. Domus is so lucky to have him - he’s awesome. Thanks again Anthony!!
UPDATE: Eryn did email us back and let us know that given changes during that time, that many were instructed to leave the cox equipment in the apartment and that she would reach out to cox. This was super relieving to hear for us. It seemed like she was having to talk to cox multiple times. We were nervous because the bill date had passed but cox updated it on their end that they received the equipment. Anthony is awesome. Our fridge went down at 8:30PM on a Monday after we had just stocked it with groceries. He responded to our maintenance request within two minutes & had our new fridge installed & running within the hour. Super friendly, super helpful. Anthony’s the man.
