Living here has been SO great. The amenities are wonderful, the leasing staff & the maintenance staff are also great. If you have any issues they resolve it right away. There’s always yummy coffee, the neighbors in the complex are also super sweet. I love living here. I’m constantly at the pool because there’s always neighbors who are so kind.
The maintenance guys Joel and Herson are the best!! They always show up promptly and complete the requests quickly without disrupting anything. They are also super friendly and easy to work with. They seem to always be in a good mood and smiling which makes the whole experience so much better.
My experience with the application process and communication, while I feel there could have been improvements in those areas, I must say that the apartment itself is lovely and the grounds are well-kept. Isabel was a great help during the process. When she was in the office, she was attentive to our needs, which made a positive difference. I've encountered several issues with Mark-Taylor Residential in the past, but I feel that Domus has the potential to be great!
Moved in to Domus in end of July and everything has been really smooth of a transition thanks to the amazing help and responsiveness of the front desk staff Aaron and Isabel. They answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. Great building and people living here too. Also had Joel come and work on the AC and Refrigerator. He is the nicest guy. Well equipped and knowledgeable. Great spot and service.
Domus is a gem. It's tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood just south of the Piestewa Peak Park mountains. The building itself is beautiful, and is taken care of by a team that are excellent at what they do! They are kind and informative and so helpful with anything I've needed.
