I recently had to move out of state and leave Domus behind otherwise I would’ve loved to stay. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment, management is above and beyond with keeping everything clean and up to date. Just as you may start to think something needs work, they’ve already sent an email that they’re working on it. All of the maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and SO fast! I don't typically write reviews but felt the need to. I have a family member that lives here and the place is always clean 👌. I was present for a maintenance repair and Joel was such a respectful and outgoing guy, it was quiet refreshing. This place has nice amenities and I would consider moving here. Good Job Domus, hardworking people are often hard to come by and you have a good team.
My service requests were fulfilled in 1 day. Herson and Joel made sure they fully understood what was wrong, and spent the time to fix everything. They fixed both sets of blinds so now they close and open properly and replaced a non secured toilet paper holder. Very pleasant and kind workers, great experience.
Going on my second year living here. Adding photos because I wanted these photos when I was looking at the reviews. The staff is amazing. Charal and Madison are so attentive. My dog loves the office treats and (daily) visits in the office as well as the dog park. Carmen, part of the staff is lovely and she is a pleasure to see around the complex. I had a maintenance emergency over a weekend and I felt so guilty calling in a maintenance staff member on a Saturday, but Herson came in and happily fixed the issue in a in a timel... read more
