I recently had to move out of state and leave Domus behind otherwise I would’ve loved to stay. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment, management is above and beyond with keeping everything clean and up to date. Just as you may start to think something needs work, they’ve already sent an email that they’re working on it. All of the maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and SO fast! From the very first tour months ago, Mariah has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited about the community. After leaving this apartment spotless, I was charged a drastic $1400 fee when I decided to not renew my lease. They advised me that I had to give my notice of move out by 1/15 on their email when they sent over my renewed lease price so I declined. Not only was the info inaccurate, but now I am forced to pay this fee! Insane! Glad I moved out and realistically the place itself isn't great. I just moved into Domus this week from another state and they made everything very easy! The apartment is safe, quiet and clean. Mariah at the front desk is very helpful with answering any questions. Eryn also helped me find the right apartment for me in my budget. I look forward to living here!
