I recently had to move out of state and leave Domus behind otherwise I would’ve loved to stay. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment, management is above and beyond with keeping everything clean and up to date. Just as you may start to think something needs work, they’ve already sent an email that they’re working on it. All of the maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and SO fast! My service requests were fulfilled in 1 day. Herson and Joel made sure they fully understood what was wrong, and spent the time to fix everything. They fixed both sets of blinds so now they close and open properly and replaced a non secured toilet paper holder. Very pleasant and kind workers, great experience.
These 5 stars go to Carmen! Carmen left for a week vacation and it was noticeable around the common areas and coffee station that her presence was missed! Sometimes it takes someone to be absent to fully appreciate their hard work. Carmen, thank for always keeping the Domus community clean and coffee station stocked - I appreciate you and your heartfelt service! ❤️
I can’t say enough great things about Joel and Herson! They are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger repair, they handle everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I truly appreciate their dedication to keeping the community running smoothly. Thank you both for your hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Maintenance at Domus is exceptional. Herson and Joel are amazing people and solve problems here efficiently. My home has been serviced many times, and I highly recommend this complex solely to the maintenance brothers.
