Service man Arturo was great, came out early on a Sunday morning and quickly got my AC running. Two parts had to be replaced but were covered under warranty, so my bill was for labor only. I am a bit unhappy with the answering service and partially myself in that I did not know/remember that as a super saver customer, I got priority weekend service. Gilbert came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our ac unit. The blower motors needed to be replaced, so Gilbert arranged to have a new one delivered to the house that day. He waited for the new part and was able to install it during the same visit. I am grateful it was all done in one visit.

Michael and Branden came to replace the evaporator coil in my home AC unit. They were punctual, professional, and performed the work really well. Michael explained everything to me and I am looking forward to a cool summer indoors. I highly recommend Donald P. Dick for your home AC and heating needs. I have the Super Saver maintenance package and saved over $400 on the parts for this installation.
