It's been over 9 years since I did in-person therapy of any sort. NP DoNesha made me realize what I was missing doing virtual therapy. She's very personable and warm-spirited. Just because someone is a provider in the mental health field doesn't mean they care. DoNesha immediately creates a safe space to share things you ordinarily you wouldn't. I finally feel like I have a provider that's listening to understand and provide support (not to be confused with coddling) rather than just to respond with a textbook answer.
