Ms.Donna is always the best. She is patient, compassionate, wealth of information and a great listener. Ms. Donna has guided through breathing techniques, mindfulness and even allowing me to be angry at times....of course w/o harming myself or others. Between her and God they have lead me back to respecting myself, loving myself and Hope once again for a mentally healthy future in my Latter years of life. I'm Grateful for the Connection.
