At first I thought Dr Williams was great until she said my blood pressure was so high and it in fact is in the normal range. Then she said I had psoriasis and wanted to give me medication right away. It ends up after going to a dermatologist it was only a build up and nothing close to psoriasis. You have to be so careful and do your homework about natural medicine and educate yourself constantly to take some things and not others from doctors. She is a good doctor who will sit down and listen to you and takes her time to go over your health...Her staff is also the best
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Williams, she is the most kind hearted doctors I have met. She is always willing to see me when I need to get in, her staff called and checked on me the day after being in the ER. She truly listens to my concerns. Wonderful woman and doctor!
I absolutely love Dr. Williams! She is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, I had a terrible encounter with her medical assistant today. The CMA was extremely rude the moment she walked into the room. She looked annoyed and frustrated with her job, but that doesn’t give her the right to take her anger out on me. I wasn’t feeling well and she made me feel even worse. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. I expressed this to Dr. Williams and appreciated her kindness and care. Dr Donnette Williams the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever known. She takes the time to know and listen to her patients and knows every aspect of any medical type, diagnosis and treatment. My Mom and Dad been going there for years .Thank you God Bless You 🙏
