I sent my daughter flowers for her first birthday in LA and they were the most beautiful flower arrangement ever—Fantastic job! She said the gummies were so good, too. We ordered the flowers, gummies in the champagne bottle, chocolates, and a Happy Birthday Mylar balloon). The delivery was right on time and delivered to her door. I will definitely plan to do business with them again.

I received a birthday arrangement from Dotties, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The bouquet arrived in compromised condition — several flowers were wilted from the start, the arrangement never looked fresh, and it was a flat-back style more appropriate for offices or memorial services than a birthday. Our client was so pleased with the beautiful arrangement we sent from Dottie's. It was on time and actually looked as good in person as in the website photo! Great value for the price - I will use them again!
I was trying to find a florist to send flowers to a nearby hospital. They were very helpful and courteous. I asked for a small arrangement that would not take up too much space on a hospital table. I didn’t see the arrangement but was sent a photo. It appears that my idea of small was not the same as theirs. It was nice but got sent home as it took up too much space. Overall I was disappointed. I thought it was expensive and could have been smaller as I asked.
