UPDATE: Within 1 day of my review, Brittany and Steven called me to understand the issue and rectify the situation. They communicated empathetically and fairly, and truly had amazing integrity in operating a business that they and their customers could be proud of. Dottie’s delivered in every way. From my initial exploratory conversation, to the perfectly crafted arrangement…it was a fantastic experience. Customer service was impressive because it was exactly what I’d hoped for (which is increasingly harder to find): friendly, knowledgeable staff and talented florists. I sent my daughter flowers for her first birthday in LA and they were the most beautiful flower arrangement ever—Fantastic job! She said the gummies were so good, too. We ordered the flowers, gummies in the champagne bottle, chocolates, and a Happy Birthday Mylar balloon). The delivery was right on time and delivered to her door. I will definitely plan to do business with them again.
If i could only give them more stars..... Great staff. Always fun and cheerful. They were able to help me put together something beautiful for Valentines Day and made it work within my budget. Had amazing deals online and even better deals in store. Definitely recommend popping in and checking them out. Been there a few times and will definitely be returning for more....
I’d advise anyone thinking of ordering from this site to try DoorDash instead! I tried to place a same-day delivery order online at 12:20. Everything was ready in cart, but then they said no same-day delivery. I called to confirm, and again, no same-day. They lost my $240 order. In the end, I ordered an even more beautiful bouquet, worth about $400 via DoorDash from Princess Russe Flowers for just $90 including delivery, delivered within the hour.
