Dottie’s delivered in every way. From my initial exploratory conversation, to the perfectly crafted arrangement…it was a fantastic experience. Customer service was impressive because it was exactly what I’d hoped for (which is increasingly harder to find): friendly, knowledgeable staff and talented florists. I sent my daughter flowers for her first birthday in LA and they were the most beautiful flower arrangement ever—Fantastic job! She said the gummies were so good, too. We ordered the flowers, gummies in the champagne bottle, chocolates, and a Happy Birthday Mylar balloon). The delivery was right on time and delivered to her door. I will definitely plan to do business with them again.
If i could only give them more stars..... Great staff. Always fun and cheerful. They were able to help me put together something beautiful for Valentines Day and made it work within my budget. Had amazing deals online and even better deals in store. Definitely recommend popping in and checking them out. Been there a few times and will definitely be returning for more....
Excellent service and quality. Ordered flowers for my mother in law’s 105th birthday party….second year in a row for using Dottie’s. Beautiful arrangements of salmon and lavendar roses and other English garden flowers. Very pleasant, professional and accommodating staff as well!
