I have used Dotties twice now and each time their arrangements are stunning. The quality of their flowers and succulents are so beautiful. They make the entire process so easy and great communication when a change needed to happen with pictures to follow. Phenomenal customer service! A friend that received the flowers I sent said it was the nicest arrangement they’ve ever seen. He is very discriminating so this was high praise. The pictures he sent me laid his high praise! They were gorgeous. The delivery arrived on time and exceeded what I saw on the online process. Highly recommend Dottie’s and I will likely use them again and again.
At last minute on a Saturday, I was able to have a beautiful bouquet ordered and delivered promptly to my dtr for her birthday. I’m always concerned if the bouquet will be delivered on time or the quality of the design. (I live in Texas and my daughter in Los Angeles ) However, Dottie’s delivered the most gorgeous bouquet and the delivery was made with in a few hours of the order. My are was so surprised and she absolutely LOVES her bouquet 💐 Thank you Dottie’s. I’ll definitely be using this business again!
I recently purchased a rather extravagant orchid arrangement, which was extremely pricey compared to my usual gifts, but it was worth every penny. I have never seen a more beautiful arrangement and the service was wonderful. They even caught a picture of the recipients when they opened the door to see the arrangement. I highly recommend this place. Everything went beautifully without an hitch and they are real artists!
